		<description>I will be monitoring your fusion posts with great interest.  I am particularly interested in the effect on the PeopleSoft realm.  Will Fusion lead to a drop in younger workers willing to learn PeopleTools?  I read recently that the bulk of engineers will soon be either 60 or 20.  Is PeopleSoft headed in the same direction?
